Any size fhx file can be quickly converted to xml.
Fhx attributes can be generated either as xml attributes, or as xml child elements.

Converting an fhx file of 10 MB or less to xml, is free. A perpetual 10 MB fhx file licence is included in the download below.
To convert fhx files larger than 10 MB to xml, a licence can be purchased.
